Both have the same meaning for the human being. Only in the shade he knows to assert himself. There he comes to rest. Then we recognize the glare. 

Dazzlers and charlatans too often use the word for their own purposes. Some commit a crusade.  



Thought

If everything has already turned out well, what else is there for us to do? - That's where the fun really begins. That's what I thought. Some things will then arise or appear, because the conditions for it have been sufficiently fulfilled from then on. Thus with each further good hour the stone is better with us in rolling. There we got used to recognize something given in such a way, as it occurred justifiably. With this we have done something good.

People in my native Germany have sometimes been like gifted logicians. They think that if it was hard for them to share something, it was also a lot that they gave. But when they have received something, it has been little, because it was hardly enough for everything.

They also think that if they have helped you, that is good. But not every form of help has been requested, and some of it has not been right at all.

Some have become snotty when told what their actions have caused. 

Some people want to be held accountable, but many people are as slippery as eels. They squirm whenever you want to come to their aid.

They were unassailable. But they were happy to dish it out as long as it didn't harm them.

A person wants to achieve something good for himself. From known things he has formed his works. For this he has formed something. There has been true for him what has been released by him thereby. He has found it and has learned some lesson thereby. 

Those who have chosen writing for themselves as a mode of employment have done well to preserve their works for times to come. These writings show the status of their creator through the condition they reflect. One can mirror oneself on this. 

The thought protocols should help us in our search for the right path for life. They also have significance for safeguarding our concerns. Over time, they have helped us to form a basis for experiencing a better life. 

Something good of ours we have found at our own work. It represents a part of our fund. The texts, images and sounds contained in it have suited us. We have preserved them for this reason. 

Some of it must be temporarily adapted to the newly emerged situation of our life reality. For this purpose, we supplement and clean up our own writings from time to time. Basically, we have thus found an approximation to the truth of our lives. 

For the determination of the truth we writers have only few opportunities to own. The language has limited the being of the things efficiently. It has also been so with us. The language is to be understood like a throttle which limited us justifiably. Without having secured a passable form for it, nothing of our writings would be right. There everything needs time. Of itself it should succeed. 

What we have already said once by means of our own words about this existence as a human being has to correspond to what we have considered to be the truth. We have left something like that as it has been. 

What do we have for ourselves? - We go within ourselves and look for what kind of feeling arises in us.


 

Thought

We have searched for an adequate way of presentation for the written word. One works out as a literary man on the basis of passable examples further texts of similar manner and learns so the writing. What has become well known to us, we have gladly taken up in conversations.

What we humans have set our eyes on, we also look at. Temporarily this takes place. At times, we fall under the spell of the thing we have perceived.

It is the same with the spirit of ourselves. There we have perceived something that comes from us, but just as well brings us close to something that we can unite with us. 

Since man is committed to a strength of his own, he also acts in such a way that he lives up to it. There we associate with ourselves something that we have considered good. At the same time, we disregard other things. 

Depending on his actions, man persists in his tasks. Success with one's own cause has always been important to us.

The first equinox of the year 2023

There are good moments and there are moments of happiness. I consider one to be something regular, and the other to be something special. Even if I equated these two types of a moment, only one of them has something normal about it. The other moment has been extraordinary. 

I have already experienced such a special moment many years ago, which has remained in my good memory. The experience has been confirmed years later as a special event of my life. 

Equinox 2023 has now been a second day that means so much like happiness for me.

At the moment I am still searching for the truth behind it, but I have already experienced the corresponding luck.

At the same time, two planets have been visible in the evening sky on the western side lately. One is Venus, the other is Jupiter.

A new year has begun.

Limitation

I have known how to say very little here. Even less than that I have preserved for the coming times. In order to be able to attach my word, I have tied it to the existing material of my source texts. For this purpose I have gone in search of a trace of what my previous works have said. I approached this as tangentially as possible. Afterwards I have left what was known to me in additional words. Many a superfluous thought has in this way soon evaporated with me, because I have not attached it. 

The work should exist. This requires an inner cohesion. Those own words I would like to receive. I have determined their structure. There I have looked for a valid framework for it and have found it also soon. 

Meanwhile, it should be said that all frames are always divided into further subdivisions. Some of these subframes have come into use in my work quite rightly. The smallest of them should be understood like a knot on a string. It sometimes also embodies a loop on the grid of the woven fabric. Admittedly, it is to be found in a suitable position where it belongs. 

There it occurred in the compound with further, similarly formed nodes. In this way the fabric of my text work has developed. To produce the whole, what I know, in this way, has corresponded to a specification of my existence. I have fulfilled myself a dream with it. 

I recognize everything known meanwhile completely rightly as something what is to hold before the readership. For this purpose I have named it here so that it is recognized and assigned. 

Every valid thing should be given the true meaning. I formed my work once in order to find a foothold in this world myself. I believe in the necessity of it. 

Something I have respected in the process. Meanwhile the life of me has shown its special peculiarities. The consequences of it have been mostly of a benign nature. 

A person's aspiration should also be one of his own means. Our own aspirations result from what we have to own.

Keep the head aligned

In independence to everything the human being should be and should also know how to exist like that. We have acknowledged this standard for ourselves. 

Something of us sticks to the given. There it brings us in connection with it. However, it is sometimes this and sometimes that which is connected with us. Nevertheless, we should react uniformly to our environment. Our behavior integrates with us to the being of us. Basically this being corresponds to our personality. 

A first approach to the preservation of us should be for us the keeping of our alignment. Everything what has appeared in addition with us, will be connected to us to certain shares. The other parts of it have rightly remained independent from the environment. 

Something of the environment appears with us and emanates into ourselves. The more of it we have given back, the deeper we are absorbed.

The white sheet

You attach knowledge as soon as you want to use it. Those boundaries for it should be in place with us.

A sheet of paper in neutral coloring has already offered to the man sometimes an opportunity for the development of his spirit. There he has put it before him and has used his means to form something. Something appeared on the sheet before him, which was of a good kind. He has oriented himself to it. The purpose of such a creation is based on the ability of man. 

That's when we thought about the emptiness of the underground. We saw it as something additional. 

An application of constructive lines or an application of painterly colors should result in something pleasing to the eye. We could also write something on it. The sheet will look just as good as a whole and can be folded or shaped. It can be cut or otherwise structured in some way. This will change it significantly. 

With each new leaf, such a process of transformation starts from the beginning. Reflections of what we have brought before us shape us and make a success of the fact that we have shaped something.

The universal man

Complementary to the individual human being, there is an equivalence with other human beings, which is based on our similarity. There essential parts of us are to be regarded as equal. These are formed both similarly and equally. The whole makes something with us. It is of universal nature, because to every human being such a whole has corresponded. 

There we have created a work. We also assume for this that it is formed in the same way and shaped in the same way. Even its circumference is identical.

A man can produce his life's work only during this existence of him. Thereby he draws from the known. What has been known to him has also like all other universal parts of his existence a sameness and an equivalence to the cause. There the people, but also their works are equal.

A person's suitability for life depends on such parts. What he has been equal in, he has also existed in. 

There we tried to realize something without despairing because of our lot. Our own destiny has appeared as special as the circumstances of our birth. At the same time, every human being is born under certain circumstances. All take a first breath. All feel a first pain. For all people there is this happiness.

If someone supposedly has more than we do, then that is something very relative. If someone supposedly has less than we do, then that is also something very relative. The question has not arisen as to why this is so. Rather, we ask ourselves what we can do for it so that everything remains as good as it already has been. 

Gladly we help people to such views, which are correctly described with sameness and equivalence. However, what we have not been able to do will be to suffer something other than our own destiny.  

In this we are just as limited, in this we are just as poor and rich, as everyone else has been. Our power is one that leads to the knowledge of truth. Without it we have no mind to own. We have already been so sensible that we have known about the limitedness of our power.       

In contrast, everything and nothing appears to us in such a way that we have considered it as absolute limitations of our being. We have not often reached them. Instead, we live in a zone of the obvious and tangible. We attend to those things that are there because they are experiential to us. We talk about what we have done because it has to do with us. 

This is how our things limit themselves. These find their true meaning where we have found something for them that has related to us.

Preamble

In secret, the power to calm lies openly revealed. 

Man lives with the elements. The elements are to be understood separately from him, even if he consisted of them. They are actual objects that can be treated. Such existentially important realities must all be in good condition if man is to live a wonderful life.

The highest element will be fire. It represents the embodiment of God's world in our cosmos. To go toward fire is to go toward God. Thus, to serve the fire is to serve the sphere of God.

The sphere of God is to be the highest tangible sphere. Man has to be careful not to enter it permanently or to touch it unduly. Within such a sphere he could not exist permanently as a human being. It has not been masterable for him in this form.

But he can recognize this sphere and turn to it (coming from outside) as well as approach it. He can keep it pure. This will be so true, even if it itself is able to purify everything by its immanent energy what has penetrated into it.

Man has to regard fire as a higher gift of God or His high servants and to go near it. To approach the fire is to mean that all things around us must be in a fine state. This will be so necessary because the fire has been of the highest fineness.

The beginning of the service of the fire is to be a devotion. Since it has been dangerous to do such a thing, it is also to mean that at times one must turn to what is dangerous in life. This approach is to point out to us that one has to turn to all the wrong things first in order to get rid of them, because they have disturbed our mind. One should regulate something given, so that our environment will be free from such falsehoods. Such have been of an arbitrary kind. Then, thanks to a subsequent classification of the given, we should correct the things that are wrong in us. Only then, when this will have happened sufficiently, our things will turn out well. Then we will hopefully be ready to get to know something higher from the sphere of a spiritual world and to understand it correctly.

A process of purification is to be understood alone only related to the mode of appearance of the elements in their form as matter so as it has just been named here. It is not to be an act of destruction of it, but a realization of something improved. There it will be necessary that we know how to leave everything given as it is and have not arrogated to ourselves anything beyond that. This should be a commandment for us. Who has already known in which condition the material things are given? Who has received there actual empirical values to it and will not be a charlatan who has gone astray? - There I would like to have established something. For this I explain the now following facts because it will be significant for our understanding of the material. 

If, in such a process of purification, the body did not find its form through its own strength and become a human body, there would be nothing at all for us to gain in such processes. Purity is to release an actual strength in us. Such a strength generally occurs under the aspect of an order of things as it is valid. In it the whole energy will be contained. It will emanate sporadically. 

Such strength has made up our shape and the human being. For this, we have maintained an order so that such a thing would be true. This has brought us an orderliness. To increase a purity will be possible alone only conditionally. It takes place primarily by the preservation of the pure, what has already occurred. Such a thing is to make the process of a purification possible. It is to happen that we know how to preserve what has been given. Something has come into being in this way by itself. It has happened in such a way. One should become smart from it and act according to it. Meanwhile a leaving of the given should have been decisive for the success of our things. Everything should be received by us in such a way as it has already occurred. After this we have aligned ourselves. 

A certain form of those things, which are our own, shall endure. Thanks to such a goodness of the given, improvements of a simple kind have occurred and become true with us, which we have already welcomed. A refinement of that sense for our concerns shall immanently open to us people the true greatness of the given. We have been enabled to do this. 

Who has turned to the fire, should feel its warmth and light in its flickering and glowing place of appearance at himself as a counterpart to it. There one warms up. Meanwhile the fire has hissed and it has broken the wood. This happened because the wood was hardened by the heat of the fire. It was under tension. That's why it simply broke open while the fire was gnawing at it. 

Something evil has already recognized and cured its own delusion at the sight of the fire. Man has therefore already drawn many benefits from its glow. It is his gift to keep for himself that power which fire has to its own and to use it for his own use. It has therefore been considered a good thing for us to have brought ourselves closer to the fire without damaging anything of ourselves in the process. Fire should not be used to destroy anything living. 

The orange-yellow light of the fire at night will nourish that dark side of the soul in us and give it light, warmth and the feeling of home. Let it happen in such a way that the world will seem light and bright to us again during the day. That would be something beautiful. Such a thing should be welcomed and can be remembered by us even at night. That has been something possible, even if we are still surrounded by a darkness and a gloom. 

Man has sweated and stunk from time to time. Many troubles have already befallen him because of it in the existence. In the morning and in the evening clean yourself. Clean the hands and the own face, the body and the feet. Clean yourself with clear, fresh water and massage it into your skin. This element has its own way of dissolving and washing away those excess things. What is left is to be a human being in his actual state. Such a way of refining the sense is supposed to be something mild throughout. The procedure does something. Thanks to the water on our skin we get an improved sense. The water has reflected to us what we are all about at the moment. So it happened that while cleansing the body we found out something good about ourselves. That gentleness of water is supposed to be an all-pervading power. It reached for the dirt on us and in turn made us free of it. Some bad things have simply been dissolved out by the water. 

Just as a fire is kindled by ignition, a sensation of water must be activated by a certain process in order to heal us spiritually, that is, to purify us. It would not be enough to just pour some water on ourselves. That would be a waste of it. No, it is to release a sense of how we feel when we use the water to wash ourselves. It should be felt by us. After all, it is capable of clinging to us and enlivening our haptics. 

It is also to be used by you to experience the light on you. For this purpose it is drunk. Thus it will be able to penetrate into you. There it shall finally flush out that dirt from your heart, which has already polluted your thoughts temporarily. 

Only a real condition of man according to the true occurrence of his existence will complete and finish the process of a purification. Step by step and stage by stage one makes oneself free from the rotten conditions. Then the process of purification will be fulfilled once. In the morning and in the evening we should accomplish it. Then we have expected a better day and also a better night. In this way, the whole thing becomes complete for the soul as well and helps it to have an easier existence. 

This shall have been the discussion of those first two elements water and fire. But I also have a certain earthy part in me, which I would like to consider now.

The earthy symbolically determines the nature of one's own work and thus one's own possessions with us humans. I can say that I have accumulated some things at home, which by now almost belong to me. I dispose of it and arrange my existence with the fund in a passable way. Thus I possess some smaller collections, with which I can arrange my life at home in a pleasing way. I manage this property well. Basically, I have built a real creative workshop for myself, where I also live. Since the own means with me are always scarce and finite of their kind, I can be very content with what I have preserved there for me. 

Meanwhile, I try to walk a path in life detached from other things that are uncertain to me. It is my endeavor to remain independent of it or to become that again where this is possible for me. A dependence will be something which exists sometimes completely rightly with us people. But in this way, perhaps, we are also threatened by many an imbalance within existence. Such we have to ward off and to eradicate. 

I abstain therefore again and again from these useless forms of a participation in actual trifles. I stand so far as possible apart from the larger groups of people. I am against uniformism. The existence in the world will be only then really worth living, if there are many kinds of natures with us people, which can exist as they are. There everyone receives his own cosmos and exists in his life in a special way just because of his otherness. How respectable it will be, if one has own thoughts and ideas. 

That's the kind of thing I put on. That can be fun. Such a thing is to correspond again to the element air with its quality of the volatility with me.

Now the circle of the elements will be complete and closed for the time being. In the inside of the circle, however, I am represented. There I appear through the natural element wood, embodied as a 'little plant'. This is something that has been fixed in my mind since childhood. I have always seen myself as such and I am happy about it. I have very gladly preserved this idea of my existence. 

Right now I feel like a coniferous tree. (Otherwise, it shall be indefinite.) Every seven years, my garment can renew itself. My needles are long, pointed, and full of good oil. My bark is gnarled and my resin is full of tanin. Everything about me is sticky and fragrant. I love the beetles and the other insects, as well as the birds and the squirrels who live on me and thus enrich my life by their enjoyment of things. I also come forward for them. I offer them a home.

As a conifer, I stand in the mountains on a slope protected from the wind. However, large is the distance between the individual trees here. The climate has been so hard on us. 

Therefore, we trees long for a change of the given and a return of the glorious. I would like to ask that many young saplings get the courage to enter into that struggle for the very life force. 

I pray thus to the spirit of the forests and raise my voice full of melancholy and lamentation. May the mountain learn of our fate through the sound of my voice and report our fate to Mother Earth and Grandmother Water, so that both will once again take care of us.

A letter addressed to me.

Welcome to the 'Hermitage', that forge for your own stuff in your workshop. Here is your place of collection, which you have once created yourself, as it appears here now. Here you work out that constitution valid for you, which is to be fair to your own disposition. With its help you want to create for others and for yourself an access to such writings which belong to you. You want to accomplish this, so that the right light will fall on your things.

The nature of this forge has strongly conditioned your life so far. Keep it in a good, orderly condition by dealing with it continuously. The work released by you should be something that you can use well for yourself in life. 

How are things with you right now? - You probably first set up for yourself what you want to be there today. First it requires the taking of a valid basic form for the posture of the body. The walking and the sitting you derive from it afterwards. 

Everything fit together for you. You know that well and that's why you kept it. Thus one can say completely rightly that you look after yourself. What have you recognized thereby? - Please answer this question at least briefly and make yourself aware again from time to time how you deal with yourself.

You live while championing your own cause. Make a plan for it. Draw the given. Set up the appropriate conditions, which are suitable for it, so that your doing can prosper. Then consider yours in detail, so that what you do becomes true. 

You used to think that the origin of a unity with life per se will be the relation of the body to a spatial construct like the square. This idea came into your mind by chance years ago. First you picked up something comparable to it in the Nicomachean Ethics of Aristotle. You have read this book in the young years of your life. It is to be believed that the fact of an inner orientation of the human being will be known since the antiquity. Basically, it is undervalued nowadays. In any case, thanks to this approach you have brought order into your life. You have found and ensured that relation of your being to your body.

That, all clearing up process of this equation is supposed to be one which has related the incidents of a life with the existence of you. It embodies an identification with your own thing. Thereby this also defines the construction of who we are and what makes us. On the basis of such an assumption you visualized a square and assigned it to you. According to this square you have aligned yourself. 

A connected introspection of you has had an enriching effect on you. It has brought to light a certain imaging with you. Thereby something has become clear to you to your existence. 

You align yourself with such an object. In doing so, your things have come into order, which has pleased you. The fact that you have only visualized this object should not mean anything disadvantageous. It has always been the same object and has always carried the same valences in itself. There its usual qualities also have an effect accordingly. 

This should be the present starting point for you. The visualization of a square embodies a basis for you. Is your life plan thus also held quite abstractly, it possesses nevertheless a clear form and has a clear inner reference system. With it you have been united what has come into your mind. 

There you have experienced what is given to you and have taken an attitude towards it. Such an attitude has released many a happy turn in your existence. It should be recognized and accepted by you. You also needed it to find a good basic mood. You are used to such things. Do not let them take away what you have. Your skills should continue to exist.

If you have now realized who you are, you should also hear your constitution. Act true to your thinking and take up your thoughts. This has been a good thing because it has created the work. It is based on your inner cohesion. Every human being has such a cohesion. 

You should be awake in spirit and bring yourself to life as a human being. Think about how such a thing can be done. Look at what life means. 

Pay special attention to one thing. You dream the dream of being an efficient worker. Therefore, set yourself the goal to know your task well and to fulfill it completely one day. You should be a passable blacksmith. Make up your mind that you can cope with it. Focus on your business and remain the person you are. 

The principle of preservation has shaped you. Through it, you have come closer to your cause. You have done this to confirm to yourself what will be the real thing in life. You should continue to protect and preserve the good that has gone out from you. Defend it against assaults and challenges. Your things will endure. Use them for yourself. Do it in a way that is given to you. Maintain the given according to its existence or improve it, if such a thing would be possible.

Adhere to the law and order as they apply in this country. Speak what is true and right. Act righteously as you do so. You should not be sorry to be faithful to your Lord. His cause is of great value to you, and it is a true good. Trust that he has trusted you, and act in such a way that it will be good for the cause of everyone's life. 

If justice must be done, let it be done. Allow judgments to be made about people's affairs by someone in authority, and allow those judgments to be carried out. Protect the order, do not deviate from the law. It stems from the truth of the living. Only in this way you have secured your right. You emphasize that it means something of value. Alone only the good of it should be right for us. If something has happened that has served the order of things, it should be true. Then the right has come true and brought something to the people. 

At times, people have agreed on something. Each will have been the same as the other in some way. That is why agreement between them has been possible. However, it has also been true that we have used our freedom differently. Thus, we have sometimes gone different ways and achieved entirely different goals.

Your goal has already been explained in its verbal definition by you elsewhere. You have done that there in detail. As follows you have imagined that your things should run. You want to preserve what is yours and to prove yourself in life as a human being. For this purpose you go your way. You want to promote other people and demand something from yourself in addition. This should be a good start for your cause now. Keep it.

So you have chosen something for yourself, which you basically want to be ready to do. However, you have also already recognized the fruits of your life out of a drive of your own. You should embrace the following four things. Your residence in the city of Offenburg represents a main place where you live. Here you meet with friends, keep your possessions and provide for yourself. Therefore, keep your dwelling place and keep it in good order. Also keep your possessions, which include your friendships with other people, because they exist. Cherish them. In the meantime, also acknowledge your body, which you may treat with care. Do it whenever the time comes. Carry it out so that it remains in all given health. Moreover, confess to your actions, which you know how to perform in a regular way. By means of these four things, you have already directed your life.

Every person has such fruits in a similar way. They were once recognized by other people in this way. I firmly believe in this assignment and maintain it. Therefore, there should be no reason to complain about what one will receive in life. The own shall be effected and preserved by us. All apparent finding of injustice in the life is cancelled in this way now first again with us. When we have become free from such excessive burden, we are expected to cope better.

This is how it should be. Know therefore the nature of the things which have been given to you or which have been predisposed to you. Know the nature of your body as it is predisposed with you. Know the actual condition of your dwelling place and keep it in order. Moreover, know the nature of your action which you have just performed. This is to be in your possession and actually sufficient to lead a benign life. Please make yourself aware of this. 

Now that you have already come this far, I ask you to take a break and to go into yourself a little. Make yourself free from an unjustified influencing of the events of your existence. Such an influence would certainly not be useful for anything. Sometimes one harms oneself in a massive way, just because one meant well, but would not know how to do anything real. There it is necessary to leave the given things as they have already appeared. You should be aware of what makes them. Make clear that you know something about it. You can find out for yourself what such a thing means. 

With that, the things that have come up have already come into being. Something builds on it. Thus with you the one has come to the other. It applies now to take up the work again. For this you should choose an object for you, which corresponded to you. It should be good that it can be taken from your own fund. Then it has already been yours. So you would not have to wait until you can acquire one for yourself. Take therefore that object selected by you to you and begin with it to try it out proficiently. Do this by working with it on your own behalf. 

What you have rightfully possessed is all yours. It has been your property. So, it can be completely used by you for your own cause. Use something good for it and check afterwards whether it has served its purpose. 

Do you also fulfill a certain purpose in this existence with your life? Do you trust other people and act justly? - You are a Catholic. That is your denomination, which you observe. As the one you are, you need a suitable task for yourself, which does not contradict you. This should be one, which you would like to fulfill once well. Up to now you bear with the thought to want to be a writer by profession. 

In order to perform this task sufficiently well, you will need certain items for yourself, which will be useful to you in performing the work. You will have to get these items yourself once. It should be best there that you manufacture them for you. I would like to have reminded you of it now again urgently.

To do that yourself shall be a real waymark for you. That realization of the requirements of life as a human being, which will result in the true task of us, has already enriched your imagination with your own ideas. 

But you are now again completely at the beginning with your effort for yourself. The motivation for an improved existence is so far still very weakly pronounced with you. It is like the air so tender and like the water so gentle. The objects with which you deal, on the other hand, are like the earth, the wood, the stone as well as the metal and of firmer make. Sometimes they burn, have a hard crust and would not be easy to handle otherwise. Therefore, use the opportunity that is now available to unite the properties of the materials and your nature. Do a good job, as it is necessary for the work to succeed. Then, when you have directed your tools, prepare yourself for their use. Create for yourself suitable objects as you have used them yourself. Thou shalt be as the fire which hath put things into a fine state.

As a writer you try to exist with your work. Just as the language of man already contains all that has already existed, the existence of man has also already brought with it for us all that exists. Those things created by a human being are supposed to be testimonies of this whole as it has appeared. There everyone has found an own access to it and reaches therefore a completely different, own goal with it, as we also. An equipment already made and created by you is to be enough for this approach. You have to prepare something for yourself and to set up its use. Use what you need. Everybody has to do something. Nobody is spared this trouble.

Man can deal with an object. He can choose between the way of words or the way of work. The nature of a man should determine about that way suitable to him. But the following approach is valid for it. No linguistic concept will be given without a practical use of a thing and no practical use of a thing will come about without a linguistic concept for it. So one can say that a good philosopher will be also a capable worker, meanwhile a capable worker has been also a good philosopher. 

You write this on your flag. You want to take good care of your own things and therefore see it as your responsibility to accomplish something yourself. You are in the process of understanding how to achieve what you need to live. Continue on the same path. Continue your task in a reasonably straightforward manner. 

What has happened to you in the meantime? - You feel your breath and give it the meaning of an instrument for the formation of your vitality. You recognize the form of the own action and convert the given to you little by little suitably to it that a calm fairway for it can be found by you as you like it. You move something. You have also already brought about some things. You do that without rushing yourself unduly. 

You go into yourself at times. This should be an opportunity for you to do something with what you would like to have and for which a need existed with you. This moment is now filled with joy because you have realized that you can make your things happen. With this you are making something happen. 

There you confess during your life again and again to the preservation of the given. That would be all right. Do something good. There should be a progress in our life and thereby help us to a happiness that makes something. 

The valid framework for our things should thus be given and known. 

To this framework orient yourself willingly. Something happens completely rightly. Align yourself in a normal way and pull yourself to yourself. This should be something that can bring you an improvement of your condition. 

You held on to the valid frame of it, thanks to which these things appeared to you. There it should be your behavior what causes a protection of it. Also for you as a man and a human being something good should be put and gain validity. Submit yourself therefore. 

Recognize yourself during all the thoughts about your existence and keep it as it is. Meanwhile remain yourself. You confess to your feeling and find your words for it. 

Preserve your spirit, as it is predisposed to you. Give yourself a meaningful occupation, so that something can come together for you. Preserve the body, as it is predisposed to you, and follow its rhythms. Give this body also a good occupation, because it has asked for it. In the meantime, maintain your vitality. Breathe as it is given to you. Feel the true reason of your heart. Hear this heart. 

Acknowledge your existence. Find your own sensation. It has been formed from the resonance of your soul deep in your heart. Let it guide you. It shall be a source for you in life. 

Confess the goods that have been given to you by others for your own use. Pass your torch when the time comes. 

This can happen. From the own cognition a truth should go out, which served the order of the given. Your fundamental ability in this existence proceeds from it. That's why you exist, that's why you get along. 

Order determines your relationship with your fellow human beings. Those people with whom you have to deal can sometimes recognize who you are and what you do. Everything good and everything bad should spring from this thing, what happens there. All that you cannot do correctly yet, you have not managed in truth only because you have not known an order underlying this thing correctly yet. Therefore you have also not yet been enabled by it. 

You have already realized and acknowledged that because it has been true. 

Every fact of value could be added to the valid order without contradicting another description of the valid order. You know well what this means. You also understand why this is not only so for you. Everything what you have already said once, you must be able to prove sometime. Only then will you be believed. At least you must know how to prove how you came to say something about your own beliefs. That source of your wisdom should become the source of the true and good in the long run or everything should remain as it already is. That is true. 

You believe that there is something that rightly endures before people. A harmony of your thoughts has come about in your life thanks to the observance of what you have called order. At the same time you form it in a sustainable way. 

There you have examined the environment. From that thing, which you are working on, only an insufficient or sometimes also useless part of the orderly goes out. Keep it as it is, because that is all that you have available to you at the moment. 

You recognize that the orders of magnitude of this world have not been relevant for you in an equivalent way at every time. Some of them you have neglected, others you have subordinated in the rank of your cause. It is mostly enough to see something of it to perceive how you want to weight it. To do this, you align yourself so that you put yourself in the right position to do so. This alignment with something of value should be quite possible for you. That should already be enough for a progress of your things. 

Thus you have initiated something with you. The awareness of the given order leads you on your ways. The play of the things shows you what of it has validity. There you have made something possible. Besides the realization of suffering and darkness of this habitat, you also hear feelings of a benign nature. So new hope is justified. Accept it for yourself, but also take into account your sorrow and the obviously so much hidden fortune of you. Stand with yourself for better or for worse and acknowledge who you are. This is how you wanted it, this is how it is true.

Realize again and again what drives you. Bring your mind into alignment. Awaken your powers according to the phenomenal manifestation of nature. Be a human being. 

There the energy is to be regarded as a state of your mind. It has a certain level to own, which we can understand as information still best. It is inscribed in us. We have recognized that. From it you can read your potential. Bring it into harmony with you. 

Cultivate an attitude of austerity toward yourself. He who hides from a realization would not be able to hear it. 

What kind of person are you? - You would not be able to say exactly what makes you you. That should be clarified by others. Who of the people around you has already recognized you? Who likes the way you are? - You can only guess. Something you make clear to yourself immediately. You are probably equally equipped with everything that is needed to live as a human being, like all other people in your environment.

Despite your rough shape, you are a delicate type. You are formed of wood rather than stone, of horn rather than bone. Your own sensitivity fits this very well. You have tried to fight this seemingly innate weakness for years without success and have used up great reserves of strength. You have now begun to accept such a weakness and to take yourself as you can really be. Thanks to this, your sensitivity in the soul has gradually decreased and has changed into a more tolerable form of sensitivity. 

Even if your physical condition would still not be the best, you are now already permeated with such fine veins, as they have always been so important to you in life. A connection of your two hands with the root of the lowest chakra of Kundalini is a possibility for you to finally also flood the fine veins with some life energy. You remember now that directing the consciousness to the finer material centers of your body used to be the focus of your yoga exercises when you were rehearsing the asana. 

You thus try to remain in harmony with the order given to you and correct your own steps in a simple manner in order to exist with them. You do this then when it is good for you. Thereby you also pay attention to those feedbacks of your fellow men. You see such feedbacks as a capital gain for you. 

What you have already understood about life, you understand even better thanks to the knowledge of the instructions and teachings of those people who are suitable for it. You recognize that there are many good people with a fair nature, who are suitable to teach you and to give you a guideline for existence. The being underlying you personally (corresponding to the genius worshipped by you) ensures for you some things which can bring you further in life. On it you build so firmly. 

Acknowledge what has become as it is true for you. Acknowledge what is already good in your life. Acknowledge what you have once received, and receive it. Communicate your things in a benign way, assigning them to your cause.

Profess the oneness of things. No longer make a distinction between the body, the soul and the spirit. Neither in the consideration nor in the matter you should do that. Also do not distinguish between your own frequency, the natural frequency and the inner resonance. Neither in contemplation nor after the matter should you do that. There, where the things carry a single, them determining unity at themselves, they should also be equal, yes equal. 

Confess yourself to yourself. You already know about yourself reasonably well and acknowledge how you are. You already know a little bit about your possessions. You also recognize your qualities from time to time and find them sometimes better and sometimes worse suited for existence. You know your own declarations of will and use them as a valid principle for your own way of acting. 

Your actions sometimes have a precisely determinable consequence. Such a consequence can sometimes be very harmful for you. Devote yourself to the control of the occurring consequence, so that it would not destroy you. So improve your actions so that they will be beneficial. It should be good for other people as well as for you. 

Own up to yourself. You are as polite in your own behavior towards your fellow men as you can be just in a benign way. What you have called a fault in yourself may be only an imperfection. What you have called irritation in your mind may also be just an imperfection of yours alone. Even if you cannot always understand the people around you, you still pay attention to them and at least try to be attentive and fair to them. 

Preserve all that is honest. Preserve everything that is endeavoring. Preserve it for yourself as well as for other people. Honesty and effort should be characteristics of improvement of everyday life. To strive honestly arms against the rigors of fate. 

'Nobody has been perfect'. All linguistic means have not gone further with us than human nature intended for it. 

You are certainly not an eloquent speaker. It is clear to you by now that you can hardly put everything so truthfully and correctly into words as it will be necessary for your cause. Therefore you limit your things to a healthy measure for it, then you do something right. Devote yourself to what is known to you. Abstain from exuberant speeches and allowances, if that is possible. 

Instead, practice better in forming your own work and the language suitable for your home use. Put the things of your life together into a single but valid motif. Act in a coherent way according to this motive. There, perhaps, some improvement will be possible for you. 

Separate yourself without hesitation from those people who do not bother to measure the value of true things correctly. Disagree with those people who have not proven themselves. Keep yours. Act true to your feelings. The heart would not deceive itself about the nature of things. At most, people deceive themselves about the heart.

What would be your task now? What are you doing to fulfill it? Are you ready to think about it? Do you dare to realize now what your things have already been worth for you and what they can be used for today? - Consider yourself. This looks a lot like work. 

You arm yourself. The elaboration of individual topics with reference to your life has a high value for you. You produce these things in your own way. Thus the aspects of your existence come to the melting in your file and will be available to you for own works later once as substance. 

Like a blacksmith you pour the resin of the thoughts into the waxen forms and form so those flowers of the existence which are to constitute your language. With every new act of creation new thanks spring from you, which shall be an example for your genius. 

As a human being, you would not have appeared alone in the world. Even if it appeared to you as if you had created all your things for yourself, it would not be so. 

You are a part of humanity and simply belong to it. 

You also belong to a group of people who have made themselves strong for the human being. You experience a disposition of yours and therefore develop an idea of equality and brotherhood in the common togetherness. The right of the individual has always been for you the same right as that of all other members of the community of men. 

You certainly promote unity with people familiar to you. In your activity you stand by your things and build something of your own with them. You sometimes wish that other people would also like to spend their time in this way. 

You know about the meaningfulness of people's individual actions at times. You have recognized the reason of their actions from time to time. At times you have not perceived such a reason or only afterwards. But you surely know that a human being, here once perceived only for himself, always tries to act sensibly. Consider this in the contact with them. 

A promotability of those things of the life can be recognized by everyone who also really wants to allow that once. It will also be followed with certainty by everyone who can do that, to the best of his conscience. 

The essence of a human being can in no way lose its meaningfulness. Neither can the positive spark of a soul be lost to man. You therefore also recognize the works of a human being. Thus you have preserved your positive image of man. This should be a chance for you. 

You don't want to be a rabble-rouser of your fellow man. You know that people should get along together. You should not exclude anyone from a community without a reason. Nor should you discriminate against anyone within a community without a real reason to do so. 

As long as a person has not done anything wrong, he should not be guilty of anything. Every person deserves a new and sufficiently good chance every day to show his fellow men that he is getting better. It should also be so true that everyone can have a bad night or a bad day once after not really doing well. 

You reintroduce into your life a practice according to the Christian teachings and thus finally confess your faith. Like a training in the Christian spirit, you justify your behavior in everyday life with appropriate motives and thus find your way back to your form of spirituality. 

You preserve your attitude towards the things of your life and also strengthen your social-caritative basic attitude. In this way you go in small steps towards the community of your fellow men. It has become your wish to exist within their ranks one day. 

You live true to a principle. You successfully expanded the principle of your actions in 2011. It now reads as follows: Promote and demand, prove and preserve. The spiritual principle also needed renewal. You have therefore established the mantra 'Mark Ezekiel Balthazar Nathaniel'. It replaces now the mantra 'Hare Krishna' with you. Sonically you try to strengthen a Jewish-Christian tradition of the Occident by means of the mantra. Simple names, which sound well, would not harm a person. You have considered that and found it good.

Lately you are also concerned with scientific things again. You have explored the square and rediscovered your love of accuracy in things with it as a tool. This should also call your basic motor skills back to life. In addition, you have recognized that three facts should apply to you at the same time.

The finite freedom of the movement, the finite limitation of the movement and the finite detachment from binding. You have set these three things right-angled to each other and thus weighted them as independent of each other. For the dimensioning of the thing you have chosen an analogy to the inner relations of an imagined square with its shape and position tolerances. This helps you in obtaining a determination of your body, as well as a perception of your vital forces. Thus the respective energetic imbalance can be lifted by you and some damage can be repaired, which could not be controlled completely only by a shifting of the limbs of the body.

What kind of person do you think you are? - You often think about it. The given things have a valid sense for you and hold this also upright. That should be what has taught you something. You have got to know something like that. The meaning of some things is familiar to you and its effects are of a known kind to you. The whole work is connected with a mimic, gestures and with thoughts and so firmly attached to you that your forms have arisen by themselves. In the process, some forces have acted on you spontaneously. Other things have departed from you and have no longer charged you with drab attributes.

There should be to recognize and to determine on the basis of the alignment of you what belongs to you. With it you want to bring order into the system of the games and to read something of value from the events which take place there. A knowledge of what we have understood well from ourselves should pull us in the life on the right side.

We have named to the corresponding phases of our existence what has been true for us. A unification of our strength with the given order should occur. We have made this true and so have found a unity for us. 

There it should be given that we can cope with life. The essence of it has been something that has meant everything to us. That's why we talked about this thing and fixed it. There is nothing lacking in it. What the corresponding text work has made possible for us in the aftermath of it has been nothing bad. 

That's when we approached life. There was an opportunity to do so. Then we considered as the first clue for us the essence of emptiness. It reveals the interplay of things. Everything she has allowed, nothing she has rejected. Thus it has become a standard for us. With the help of emptiness, we have created something that allows us to emerge stronger in some situations. 

We have realized this. Thus a progress has arisen with us, which has been co-determined by the circumstances of our existence. What we have done for it in good is to ensure something for us. We hope that one day we will be able to dispose of sufficient forces in life for life. Already now we have recognized the own of us as it appeared.

I would like to call you now still another principle of action to whose observance you should get used. First do something that has been necessary for your own and for you. When that is done, devote yourself to your own things, because they have given meaning to your life. Keep this order. 

So take the tool in one hand and the workpiece with tongs in the other. Place the iron in the embers and wait for it to heat up in the forge. When the semi-finished product has finally become so hot that it glows bright red from within but does not yet spark, place it on the anvil in front of you with a firm grip and shape it with your hammer blow. Work diligently on your work every day and show your greatness by doing your things well.

You stand every day anew at the beginning of your things. You know that well. You are used to it from your life. Therefore, learn something every day, practice something every day, try something every day. Discover what you have recognized from the given.

Faith in God. He is the Lord. He hears you, he builds your strength. He acknowledges your sincerity in faith. Moreover, he has ensured the correctness of your disposition. Act according to this statement whenever you can.

Life is precious. It has appeared important to us. Be you related to life. 

What is to happen becomes true because it has been so significant for us before.

Stabilizing myself on my own is supposed to be the right kind of consolidation for me. It guarantees me a certain degree of independence. Thanks to it, I have been able to fulfill my things. This has been so necessary for me, because I once tried to exist with my concerns before my fellow men.

At that time, my life took place first at home. That is where I spent most of my time. 

So I have always been in my domain. There I have accomplished my things. All the good things I have done here are based on this today. 

That's when I set up a small workshop and built up a sufficiently large stock of materials. I usually had to save the property from my mouth. 

So, in any case, I have always had something to do. I have built a base for my cause. It has enabled me to live a substantial life. In the meantime, I am walking on my path. I have found a task for myself. 

For this purpose, I have preserved something of what I have experienced in this existence. At times, however, I have been thrown back on myself again, because there has been nothing that has given me a hold. Then I remembered former times. I have always had to make a great effort for my situation, because I have been granted little at times.
